 Front Squat, 3-2-1, 4 min rest
+
Hang Squat Clean, 3-3-3, 2 min rest
+
AMRAP in 7 min of: 1-5 Hang Squat Clean Ladder (135/95) 

(for the ladder you do one rep, drop bar, then lift to hang and do one rep go back to hang position and do another and then drop the bar.  Repeat this way to 5, then start over at one.
