For Time:

40 Air Squats (to Med Ball)
30 Sit Ups (Med Ball Anchor)
20 Push Ups (Hand Release)
10 Box Jumps (24″ /20″)
Run 800m
10 Box Jumps
20 Push Ups
30 Sit Ups
40 Air Squats
Run 400m

Strength & Power:
The next Strength Cycle will start next Monday. Be ready to complete the CrossFit Total Wednesday/Thursday. Overall, this week will be a transition/test week.

Olympic Lifts:
Snatch
Clean & Jerk

Warm up and then you get three attempts to record highest load in each lift. Score is combined total.
