Join us Saturday at 8 a.m. for our new Yoga For Athletes class. Yogi Larry will lead athletes through a series of stretches and poses to improve dynamic flexibility, core stability, range of motion, static strength, and balance. Yogi Larry has a unique perspective on the mobility needs of EAD | CFAH athletes after participating in several CrossFit classes over the summer, and he’s eager to help athletes add Yoga to benefit their training and recovery.
No previous Yoga experience is required … simply bring a willingness to try something new. If you have a Yoga mat, bring that along, too (we do have a few loaner mats). Register today! Please note: Our more traditional Mobility & Recovery class is still available Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.
