Thanks to feedback from our athletes, we’ve made the following class schedule changes:
- We’ve added a 7:30 p.m., Thursday Mobility & Recovery class beginning Sept. 22. Coach Becky will lead the class.
- We’ve pushed back the start time to the CrossFit Women classes on Monday & Wednesday beginning Sept. 26. The new class time is 7 p.m. Coach Kristen will continue to lead the class.
