Monthly Unlimited. This high-value option means athletes can attend as many CrossFit, Strength & Conditioning, CrossFit Women, Boot Camp, Indoor Rowing Boot Camp and Mobility & Recovery classes for $179 per month—that’s less than $8.95 per class (based on 20 visits per month).
Class Cards. Twelve-class or 20-class packages are available. The 12-class package is $159 or $13.25 per class. The 20-class package is $249 or $12.45 per class.
Training Essentials. All athletes new to Elite Athletic Development | CrossFit Arlington Heights start with Training Essentials, a two-week, six-class program that will introduce you to the basic concepts of our training programs. Program price ($159) includes an EAD–CFAH custom training log, a CFAH T-shirt, and password-protected access to our online Athlete Center. Training Essentials also features our custom 3-2-1 Goal!™ Workshop where EAD performance coaches help you set health & fitness goals and select the best class mix to achieve those goals.
Discounts. Ask a Performance Coach about discounts for Community First Responders (Police, Fire & EMS), full-time college students, and married couples.
Certified Personal Training.
The coach-to-athlete ratio in our CrossFit, Strength & Power, Mobility & Recovery and Specialty Seminar classes supports personalized instruction in a supportive, energetic small group setting. For those athletes who prefer a one-on-one training option, we offer certified personal training with NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists or NASM Certified Personal Trainers.
