Join us Saturday, June 9 for our annual fundraiser for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital — who can forget last year’s Watermelon WOD? — this year supported by CrossFit HQ and 4,000 CrossFit affiliates world wide. The following classes will complete the CrossFit for Hope WOD — either as prescribed or scaled:
100% of all donations will go directly to St. Jude Children’s Research Hosptial to find cures for children with cancer and other life-threatening diseases through research and treatment. You can support our involvement by registering as a team member and collecting donations or sponsoring one of our athletes who has committed to raise funds for St. Jude.
The CrossFit for Hope WOD is aptly named “Hope” and is structured the same as “Fight Gone Bad” — three, five-minute rounds, with one minute at each station and a one minute break between rounds. The clock does not reset or stop between stations. Each rep scores one point. While similar in structure to “Fight Gone Bad”, expect a lower score.

- 75 pound Power snatch
- Box jump, 24″ box
- 75 pound Thruster
- Chest to bar Pull-ups
