CrossFit Women Classes Added!

The 5:30 a.m. Thursday CrossFit Women are all smiles and strength after three rounds of Burpee Box Jumps, a 400m Run or 500m Row, and Toes-to-Bar.

You asked for more CrossFit Women classes and now you’ve got ’em! Join us Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30 a.m. for the class members in our community declare as “empowering”, “uplifting”, “mind altering”, “life changing”, “gratifying”, and “fun … in a sick sort of way.” No previous experience is required, and we modify the class to meet your current fitness level.
