**Partner Workout**

Kelly T proves that you can use just about anything to improve your fitness

4 Rounds for Time and Total Reps of Push-ups

Partner 1: Run 400m

Partner 2(while partner 1 is running): 15 Box jumps, 15 Wall Ball Shots, AMRAP Hand-Release Push-ups(until partner 1 returns)

(Partners switch places until each partner has completed 4 rounds. Record each pairs total time and # of push-ups)
