Dr. Izumi Tabata. How could such a genial looking gent develop something so fiendish?

Tabata Triplet

Each athlete on the team completes a Tabata interval (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, 8 rounds or 4 minutes) for each movement for total rep count. The recorded score is the total rep count for all athletes on the team.
