Technique Work l Power Cleans, Push Jerk & Front Squat.
Take time to work up to the weight you will use for the WOD. Set one barbell to complete the following movements. Set the barbell with a challenging weight,  but still be able to execute the movements with proper form & technique.

For Total Reps l 1′ per Movement l 1′ Rest Between Rounds l 3 Rounds Total l Running Clock

Push Jerk
Front Squat
Barhop Burpees
AbMat Sit Ups
