Skill Development l Front Squat & Squat Clean
Take 10 minutes to work up to a moderate to heavy Front Squat, then another 10 minutes to perfect your Squat Clean at a challenging weight, yet one which still encourages good form.

4 minutes l Squat Clean

Rest 3 minutes

3 minutes l Anchored Sit Ups

Rest 2 minutes

2 minutes l Hands Release Push Ups
