“On the Clock” / Five Rounds

In 3 Minutes:

Sprint 400m (Row) and then in the remaining time complete as many Single Arm Alternating DB Snatch as possible …maintaining proper form & mechanics

Rest 3 Minutes Between Rounds

Record total rep count for all five rounds
