Five Rounds l Total Reps on KB Swing

Each round begins with a 1 minute AMRAP American KB Swing. Total Reps determines the count for the following movements using the KB:

Walking Lunge Pass-through (R + L = 2)
Anchored Sit Up
Goblet Squats
Rest 1 minute before moving on to the next round

KB Fun Facts: The Russians developed the first Kettlebell by welding a handle on to a cannonball. Used by the Soviet army for PT, and later utilized in Russia and throughout Europe in competition, KBs came to the US in the ’60s, gaining popularity in 2001 after the first instructor program was introduced.
