Three Rounds for Form & Technique l Set a barbell for a challenging (but achievable) weight to complete the following. One barbell per athlete, please.

7 Press (strict form)
7 Push Press (quick hips)
7 Push Jerk (quick underneath bar)
Rest 2 Minutes

Three Rounds for Time:
40 Stick Jumps (16″ / 12″)
20 Wall Ball Shots (16# / 14#)
10 Burpees
