Then …

Complete the following couplet in ascending & descending reps:

1 Clean & Jerk (65% 1RM) + 10 Burpees

2 Clean & Jerk + 9 Burpees

3 Clean & Jerk + 8 Burpees

And so on until you reach 10 Clean & Jerk + 1 Burpee

Resolve to Fuel Performance, Not Diet, in 2012.
