It’s the 30 Day Challenge too sweet to pass up. Join members of the EAD / CFAH / CFAX Community as we explore a culinary world free from sugary-sweet and nutritionally-void foods. Simply commit to 30 days — Monday, Oct. 17 – Wednesday, Nov. 16 — without adding sugar in any form to your beverages or foods; eliminating foods with added sugars, artificial sweeteners or “natural” sugars from your plate; and limiting fruit to 25 grams or less of fructose each day.
Athletes who stuck with the Challenge last year report that they retrained taste buds, eliminated cravings, deflated belly bloat, increased energy, improved sleep, reduced systemic inflammation, improved body composition, and more.
