The 2012 Fall Class Schedule launches Tuesday, Sept. 4 and features:
> A new Mobility & Recovery class Saturday, 8 a.m. Try the class for free the week of September 4!
> More Rowing Boot Camp classes, and increased capacity for each class. We now offer Rowing Boot Camp five times per week!
> A class swap Wednesday, 5 a.m. (MetCon instead of Strength & Power)
> Our new Training Essentials class, the first stop for all athletes new to EAD / CFAH.
> Plus, Coach Jim kicks off a new Sunday, 9 a.m., CrossFit Skills Workshop focused on running technique. If you’re looking to improve your running form and efficiency, this is the class for you.
