Three Steps to Get Started
with CrossFit Arlington Heights

The Free Class features the Elite Athletic Development / CrossFit Arlington Heights (EAD / CFAH) Dynamic Warm Up; skill instruction, development & practice; and the Workout of the Day (WOD). If you’re new to our style of training, no worries… we will teach you everything you need to know and scale the class to your current fitness level / ability. You’ll also have a chance to talk with nationally-certified EAD / CFAH performance coach about your fitness goals and the right next steps for you. Please come prepared / dressed for a workout, and bring a bottle of water.

All athletes new to EAD / CFAH start with Training Essentials, a two-week, six-class program. Training Essentials will introduce you to the fundamentals of our training programs, and provide plenty of small group instruction and technique work with our nationally-certified performance coaches. Training Essentials participants will learn, practice and perfect body weight, dumb bell, kettle bell, and barbell movements, including Olympic weightlifting and power movements, and more. The cost for the Training Essentials is $159 and includes an CFAH custom training log, a CrossFit Arlington Heights T-shirt, password-protected access to the CrossFit Arlington Heights Athlete Center, and information about performance fueling and general nutrition. As a Training Essentials graduate, you’ll save 10 percent of your first class package.
