Front Squats: from the floor 3 reps every minute on the minute for 8:00. Choose a challenging weight.

For Total Time:
30 Pull ups
50 Push Press – (95/65#)
100 Ab Mat Sit-ups
150 Double Unders

Rest exactly 3:00 between each exercise.  Once you start one exercise, you must complete it before moving on
