For time:

100 DB Thrusters (40’s/25’s)
* Each minute, on the minute, stop and do 3 burpees

Strength & Power:

For athletes on week 4 of the cycle, this will seem like an relatively easy week.  Avoid the temptation to mess with your working 1RM numbers or the percentages you are using.  As always, check with your coaches if you have any questions.
