MetCon:

For time:
Row 500 m.

Then 3 rounds of:
6 Clapping Push ups
8 Prisoner Squat Jumps over Sand Bag
10 Sand Bag Ground-to-Overhead

Row 500 m.

Strength & Power:

For athletes on week 4 of the cycle, this will seem like a relatively easy week.  Avoid the temptation to mess with your working 1RM numbers or the percentages you are using.  As always, check with your coaches if you have any questions.
