20 Ab Mat Sit Ups
Rest 2:00 min. Repeat for a total of 4 cycles.
*Start each round where the previous ended.
Strength & Power:
For athletes on week 4 of the cycle, this will seem like a relatively easy week. Avoid the temptation to mess with your working 1RM numbers or the percentages you are using. As always, check with your coaches if you have any questions.
