Strength & Power:

This is week 8 for those of you that started at the beginning of this strength cycle. Time for new 1RM testing. We recommend hitting a couple of the strength lifts during the week and using our in-house Olympic Lifting competition on Saturday for the power lifts. Next week will also be a combination of de-loading and 1RM testing, so you can test your remaining strength lifts then.
