800 m.  Run
30 Back Squats (75/55#) (From Ground)
30 Jumping Pull ups
400 m.  Run
20 Back Squats
20 Jumping Pull ups
250 m.  Run
10 Back Squats
10 Jumping Pull ups

Strength & Power:

Start of a new cycle! We’re trying to get a lot done in each class, so come prepared. Know your loads ahead of time. Use the load calculator sheet in the Athlete Center section of the website and you won’t have to fight for a cheap calculator at the front desk every time.

Clean: 3/50%, 3/60%, 3/70%, 3/75%, 3/75%
Bench Press: 4 x 8/70%
Deadlift: 4 x 8/70%
