Schedule reminder. No classes Thanksgiving Day. * Friday’s Training Essentials 2 class (normally 5:30 a.m.) has moved to  7 a.m. * Friday’s Post-Turkey Team WOD is at capacity. If your plans change and you won’t be able to join us, please let us know so we can move someone from the wait list. If you aren’t currently registered for the class, unfortunately you will not be able to join us for the WOD. If you miss out Friday, don’t worry — we’re back to our regular class schedule Saturday.

* Indoor Rowing Boot Camp will row 50 kcals instead of the rope climbs.

35 minute time cap for all athletes.
