“Filthy Fifties”

It only gets pulled a couple times a year.....and today is one of those times.

 

1 Round for time:

 50 Box Jump  (24/20)

50 Jumping Pull-ups

50 KB Swings (30)

50 Walking Lunges

50 Knees to Elbows

50 Push Press (45)

50 Back Extensions

50 Wallballs (20/16)

50 Burpees

50 Double Unders

Workout will have a time cap.  Please scale accordingly.

 

Advanced:

 Olympic Lifting Skill & Technique Work

 +

 Open WOD #1 (with a judge)

 Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Double-unders
15 Power snatches (75lbs / 55lbs)
