MetCon:

Overhead Squat Form & Technique Work

2 Rounds for Time:
50 Ab Mat Sit Ups
40 Walking Lunges (20 on each side)
30 OH Squat (75/55)
20 Bar Facing Burpees
10 Pull Ups

Advanced:

Advanced:
Muscle Up/Overhead Squat Form and Technique Work

+

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar-facing burpees
30 Overhead squats (120lbs / 90lbs)
10 Muscle-ups
