**You are being asked to find a 1RM, your best possible lift. Then you do not do grueling sets leading up to this as you would with the previous workouts.



For Time:

150 Wall Ball Shots

Men:  20lb Med Ball to 10FT Target

Women:  16lb Med Ball to8 FT Target

Elite Training Camp:

Back Squat/Front Squat

Box Jump
