KB Swing/Wall Ball Form & Technique
3 Rounds for Time:
20 Burpees
20 KB Swings (50/30)
20 Wall Balls (20/16)
Run 400 M


Snatch – heavy single
Clean & Jerk – heavy single
Front Squat – heavy single

Heavy Means:

The Heavy Single will be a 1RM for the day. It will be the heaviest you can go on that given day.  Form and Technique should be priority #1.
