MetCon WOD / Strength & Power WOD 01.11.12


 For time(s):

  1. 800 M Run
  2. 50 Power Snatches (75/55)
  3. 100 Ab Mat Sit Ups
  4. 100 Jumping Pull Ups
  5. Row 500 Meters

 Perform exercises in any order but rest exactly 3 minutes between each one.

We will be running in this beautiful winter weather.  Please dress accordingly.

Snatch Form & Technique Work
Snatch/OHS/Hang Snatch Triplet (1/1/1), one every 30 sec. for 10:00 Min.
(Not a Heavy Weight, Form Work)
For Time:
*30 Snatches (135/95)

*(Work on Squat Snatch, but not required, scale accordingly)
