MetCon:

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups (Hands Release)
40 Sit-ups
50 Double Unders (3:1 Singles)

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

 

 

 

Strength & Power:

 Review Clean & Ways to get weight overhead

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:

 5 Reps Locked Overhead (anyway possible) (185/125)
10 Push Ups (Hand Release)
15 Back Extension
