10 Snatch High Pulls (50-60% 1 RM)
Run 400 Meters
Rest 90 sec.

10 Power Snatches (50-60% 1 RM)
Run 400 Meters
Rest 90 sec.

20:00 to find a heavy 1 Rep Snatch (Compare to 9/15/11)

Then every minute on the minute for 7 minutes perform 2 Snatch Balances @ 50-60% of 1 Rep.  (Technique and form is the focus)
