Strength & Power/MetCon:

EAD will be conducting a few tests of our athletes over the course of the next few days.  For today, both Strength & Power and MetCon class will do the same Workout:

Rowing/Deadlift Form and Technique


3 Rounds for time:
500m Row (Axis will be running , CFAH has a possibility to run, dress accordingly)
12 Deadlift (Bodyweight)
21 Box Jump (24″/20″)
