3:00 Press (95/65) (From Ground)
1:00 Off
3:00 Box Jumps (20/16)
1:00 Off
3:00 Burpees
1:00 Off
3:00 Double Unders

Strength & Power:

Clean and Press Form and Technique Work
+

Complete 12 rounds for Max Weight of:

2 Shoulder Press @ 3 RM (look to 10/25/11 for 3 Rep Max)
2 Burpee Box Overs (20/16)

*Rest 30 seconds

*For burpee box overs…set up two 20” boxes. Perform a burpee and jump over the box landing on the other side. Immediately perform a burpee and jump over the next box landing on the other side.
