For Fastest Time:
Hockey Puck Shuttle – 2 Attempts

Every Min on the Min for 12 Min:
5 Clapping Push Ups
10 Sit Ups
15 Stick Jumps (20/16)

*If you don’t complete a round, sit out the following round.

 

Strength & Power:

EAD Test
For Fastest Time:
Hockey Puck Shuttle – 2 Attempts
+
Snatch Form and Technique Work
+
Every 30 seconds

Perform 1 Power Snatch every 30 seconds for 15 minutes.

*use 70-80% of 1 RM for Power Snatch
