10 SDLHP (75/55)
10 Walking Lunges (5 on each leg)
25 Unanchored Sit Ups
35 Double Unders
45 Single Unders

 

 

Strength & Power:

Deadlift Form and Technique

On a 15:00 clock from an empty bar, find a 1 Rep Max Deadlift.

5 Rounds For Time:

20 yd Bear Crawl
5 Deadlifts (65-70% 1 RM)
10 Burpees
