Pull Ups

Squats Holding a Plate (45/25)

Push Ups

Ab Mat Sit Ups (GHD Optional)

*1:00 Minute off between each exercise

 

Strength & Power:

 Back Squat

3-3-3-3-3

(Each set is done at 90% 1 RM with 3-4 minutes off between sets)
