Tabata (:20 on/:10 off) for 4:00 Minutes Total at each of:

Pull Ups

Squats Holding a Plate (45/25)

Push Ups

Ab Mat Sit Ups (GHD Optional)

*1:00 Minute off between each exercise


Strength & Power:

 Back Squat


(Each set is done at 90% 1 RM with 3-4 minutes off between sets)


3 Rounds for Time:

15 Pull Ups

15 Push Ups
