MetCon WOD / Strength & Power WOD / Elite Training Camp 03.16.12

MetCon/Strength & Power:

**Find a 1 Rep Max Bench Press (Standard is bar touches chest and arms are locked out at top of lift)

**You are being asked to find a 1RM, your best possible lift. Then you do not do grueling sets leading up to this as you would with the previous workouts.

7:00 Partner AMRAP:

Run 400 M (Both Team Members Run Together)

Then:

20 Stick Jumps (20/16)

(X) KB Swings (50/30)

(Both team members will begin with the run.  After BOTH team members return, Team member #1 will begin stick jumps while Team member # 2 does KB Swings.  Once #1 completes 20 Stick Jumps, they will switch with #2.  Then continue this rotation until the end of the 7:00.  Both team members should be working at all times.   At the end of the workout total number of KB Swings per team will be recorded.)
