*MetCon/Strength & Power:

*Over the course of the week we will be doing various “Wall Of Fame” Workouts.  On some of these days the MetCon Workout and Strength & Power Workout will be the same, regardless which class you attend. 


Push Press Form & Technique Work


**Find a 1 Rep Max Push Press

**You are being asked to find a 1RM, your best possible lift. Then you do not do grueling sets leading up to this as you would with the previous workouts.


For Time:

50 Bar Hop Burpees


(Criteria: Hip and chest must touch the ground at the same time, both feet must jump or hop over the barbell at the same time)
