Strength & Power:
Today we will be starting a 4-week training cycle focusing on the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.
Feel out weights for each exercise that are challenging but not max efforts.
Best results from this program will come from doing S & P classes M-Thur., with a rest day Fri. and doing the Advance WOD on Sat. Sundays would be a complete Rest Day. If you miss a day M-Thurs., Fri. will be the make up day for whatever you missed.
