 Squat Clean & Jerk Form & Technique Work

A.  On the minute for 5 minutes:

3 Squat Clean and Jerk – (135/85)

2:30 Rest

B.  On the minute for 5 minutes:

2 Squat Clean and Jerk – (185/115)

2:30 Rest

C.  On the minute for 5 minutes:

1 Squat Clean and Jerk – (225/145)

 

Strength & Power:

– Clean & Jerk – 5 x 2(~75-85%)

– Clean pull – 4 x 3

– Front squat – 4 x 2

Aim to beat the weights you used last week for these exercises.  However, DON’T add weight at the expense of Form & Technique.
