Press/Push Press/Push Jerk Form & Technique Work

3 Push Jerks
15 Ab Mat Sit Ups
*Run 400 M at start,5:00 min. marker,10:00 min marker.  Once in from each run continue from where you had left off.

Strength & Power:

Week 4 Pull Up Progression (see Monday)

All sets done @ 80-85% 1RM (Rest 2:00-3:00 between sets)

10-7-4 (Choose weight where you get at least 10 on first set and no more than 15, rest 60 sec between)
