MetCon:

Push Jerk Form & Technique

*AMRAP in 20:00 min. of:
5 Push Jerks
10 Burpees
20 Lateral Barbell Hops

*At the beginning of the workout,5:00min,10:00min, and15:00min, you must perform 35 Air Squats before continuing where you are at in the AMRAP.

Strength & Power:

Choose weights by feel. Use a single weight for all prescribed sets. Weights should be challenging this week, but comfortably below max efforts.

Clean & Jerk – 5 x 2+1

(clean and jerk 2+1 means 2 cleans followed by 1 jerk each set)
