Squat Clean/KB/Double Under Form & Technique Work

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

5 Squat Clean (95/65)
10 KB Swings (50/30)
15 Double Unders (3:1)

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 4 cycles.

Strength & Power:

Remember to achieve full extension before pulling yourself under the bar (aka bending the elbows).
