MetCon:

Hang Snatch/Push Press Form & Technique Work
+
5 Sets:
*:30 sec. AMRAP Hang Power Snatch
*:30 sec. AMRAP Push Press
Rest 1:00
+
5 Sets for Total Reps:
:30 sec.  AMRAP Jumping Pull Ups
:30 sec.  AMRAP Burpees
Rest 1:00

 

*Weight is same for both barbell movements.  Should be challenging, but form not sacrificed.

Strength & Power:

Shoulder Press
5-5-5-5-5
All sets done @ 70-80% 1RM (Rest2:00-3:00between sets)

Every :30 sec. for 10:00 min perform 1 Hang Power Snatch (use 70-75% of 1RM)
