Overhead Squat Form and Technique Work
*Max rounds in 3:00 of:
10 OHS (95/65)
15 Burpees
20 Ab Mat Sit Ups
Rest 2:00 min.  Repeat for a total of 4 cycles.
*Start each round where the previous ended.



Strength & Power:

Back Squat
All sets done @ 80-85% 1RM (Rest2:00-3:00between sets)

100 Weighted Ab Mat Sit Ups
