Power Snatch Form & Technique
AMRAP in 12:00 min. of:
6 Power Snatches (95/65)
9 Burpees
15 Ab Mat Sit Ups

Strength & Power:

Pull Up Progression
Bench Press
All sets done @ 80-85% 1RM (Rest 2:00-3:00 between sets)
Every :45 sec. perform 1 Power Snatch (use 75-80% of 1RM) (10 total reps)
