20 Jumping Pull Ups
10 Hand Release Push Ups

 *Athlete has 3 minutes to complete round, if unsuccessful, rest 1 entire round*

Strength & Power:

Jeff after completing a Sprint Tri this past weekend in Schaumburg.

Use SAME or SLIGHTLY MORE weight than last week with increased volume.

Clean & Jerk – 5 x 3+1
Clean Pull – 4 x 3
Back Squat – 5 x 5
For Time:
100 Med Ball Anchored Sit Ups
