– Jumping Switch Lunges (Total, not each leg)
– Ball Slams (20/15)
– DB Push Press (30/20)
– Stick Jumps (24/20) (Each side is equal to one)
– Atomic Sit Ups
– Burpees
– Double Unders (4:1)
– KB Swings (50/30)
– Jumping Pull Ups
