The Elite Athletic Development individual nutrition program includes three, 45-minute one-on-one education sessions with EAD’s certified nutrition specialist, initial & follow up body composition testing, goal setting, food log analysis, nutrient guidelines, fueling strategy and exercise recommendation. We also offer two different group program options.
